Eisha Hemchand is currently pursuing her BS in Computer Science with a minor in Data Science at Rice University. Her team won a $25k prize for “Best AI for Good” at the Berkeley AI Hackathon. Already she has achieved an impressive array of experience and awards too long for this brief bio. She worked as Chief Technology Officer at Mineral Intelligence, where she developed AI-powered solutions to streamline title procurement, automating the extraction and linking of legal entities to build comprehensive title chains. In addition to her role at Mineral Intelligence, Eisha is the Founder of a Stealth Startup in Dallas, focused on applying advanced AI to tackle industry-specific challenges. Prior to these roles, Eisha developed smart contracts at ZipZap, a collateral-free, multi-chain NFT rental platform. Eisha also worked as a Researcher and Developer at Rice Blockchain where she worked on smart contract development.

Sanjeev Balavanthapu is finishing up his Master’s in Computer Science at Rice University, where he also serves as Graduate Teaching Assistant in Mathematical Cryptography. With a solid technical background, he has experience as an AI/ML and Data Science Intern at The Barvin Group, a private equity real estate firm, where he developed an AI model to streamline data retrieval. Sanjeev also held a position as an Application Development Associate at Accenture, focusing on automation within Duck Creek applications, and completed a Software Engineer Internship at JPMorgan Chase, where he built interfaces for real-time stock price data feeds. In addition to his graduate work at Rice University, Sanjeev holds a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology in India.

Mark Cochran is currently Director of Research and Analytics at The Barvin Group, a Texas-based private equity real estate firm. Prior to joining Barvin, Mark managed a large real estate brokerage in Texas, helping agents with legal compliance. Mark also worked on the portfolio expansion team at Crown Castle International, one of the largest Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) in the world. Mark has maintained a Texas Real Estate license since 2011 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Prior to obtaining his MBA from Rice University, Mark completed his undergraduate studies at Trinity University and Northwestern University.

Edward Lash is the Global Head of Program Management for Engineering & Architecture at JPMorgan Chase. Prior to joining JPMC, Ned was a Senior Consultant, first at Ernst & Young and then at Deloitte where he worked on large technology transformations and M&A integrations and separations for Fortune 500 financial companies. Ned is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, a former Army Officer, Ned obtained the rank of Captain. In addition to West Point, Ned attended Rice University where he earned his MBA. He is a Certified Scrum Master and a Certified Product Manager.
